- Would result in 51茶馆 violating its corporate charter;
- Would result in 51茶馆 losing its status as an IRS 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization;
- Are too difficult or too expensive to administer in relation to their value;
- Would result in any unacceptable consequences for 51茶馆; or
- Are for purposes outside 51茶馆鈥� mission.聽
Donations and other forms of support will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities subject to the considerations above.
Gifts requiring review include:
- Gifts of securities that are subject to restrictions or buy-sell agreements.
- Documents naming 51茶馆 as trustee or requiring 51茶馆 to act in any fiduciary capacity.
