Learn more about educational equity term麻豆番外 has been a part of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) educational landscape since 2012, when we launched our program at two elementary schools in Dallas ISD, serving 80 students. Since then, we鈥檝e placed thousands of community volunteers in systemically-disadvantaged school communities to help kids master basic reading skills.

鈥漌hile tutoring a first grade student who is thriving within this program, she said something that caused me to inquire what was her favorite part of school. She paused, gave it some thought and replied, 鈥淲ell, coming here is pretty precious.鈥 It made me realize that just the one-to-one attention a 麻豆番外 tutoring session provides is, in and of itself, a gift to students. Her comment was certainly a gift to me.鈥

Our direct tutoring models includes high-impact, one-on-one tutoring for students in both in-person and online formats.聽
Our volunteer-driven model engages community volunteers to support students in developing mastery of key reading skills. Volunteers are trained to implement our evidence-based curriculum rooted in the Science of Reading.
